Spiced pearl couscous, roasted baby root vegetables, and a Pomegranate, Port, and Walnut Glaze

Pappardelle Pasta (V, GFO)

Local-grown mushroom sherry cream sauce, crispy onions, and fresh herbs

Kids dishes can be added for guests 12 years and under

Our dinners are BYOB.

We have partnered with Mountain Village Wine Merchant to supply a curated wine selection with Sommelier Bryan Thames. These can be ordered ahead of your dinner and will be available on-site upon your arrival.
